Get it Back! Helmet Cat (Part 1)

(I'm still learning jp so please take this tl with a grain of salt!! also, pls ignore the images not fitting on mobile phones,,, idk why it's doing that and i still don't know how to fix it... pien peko)

Location: Hama Asunaro High School—Rooftop

Muneuji: And, finished… Thank you for the meal.

Ushio: Looks like going to the rooftop because of the cafeteria being crowded was the right decision all along.

Muneuji: Indeed. It's sunny and the breeze is soothing here.

Now then, the bell will be ringing soon. I should go get my helmet that I left to dry in the sun…

Huh…!

Ushio: What?

Muneuji: There's a cat… sleeping inside my helmet.

Cat in Helmet: Zz… Zzz…

Ushio: Uwa, you're right. I've often seen videos of them being inside of things like pans and cardboard boxes, but I never thought that they'd also go in there too…

Muneuji: It's sleeping so peacefully… I cannot bring myself to forcibly wake it up.

Ushio: Are you really going to class while carrying that?

Muneuji: I have no choice but to do so.

Location: Hama Asunaro High School—Hallway

Muneuji: …

Student A: A... Ayo. Since when did we have such a handsome guy in our school…?

Student B: That’s actually Kaguya. It's been a long time since I've seen his face without his helmet…

Muneuji: (Everyone's staring…)

Male member of the “Head over Heels for Muneuji” fanclub[1]: What!? The princess hath taken off his helmet…!? Everyone, 'tis the first time in 108 days since we've seen the princess' strikingly beautiful face on campus!

Female member of the “Head over Heels for Muneuji” fanclub: Moreover, there's a cat in the lord's arms… 'Tis so dazzling…

*Falling sfx while Muneuji is walking*

Ushio: This thing is the same as always, but people keep on collapsing whenever Muu-chan’s walking, just like when Moses parted the sea.

Muneuji: … I have to get this cat out as soon as possible before things get worse…

7/10/24 Update: A kind anon informed me that 抜け駆け斬首[男/女衆] is the name for Muneuji's fanclub!!! Thus, I tried to tl that into en... head over heels bc the og mentions head and getting a head start=heels something u walk with... idk man.

Akuta: Muneujiiii! Is it true that you've got a cat in your helmet? Lemme see lemme see!

Muneuji: Of course. Here.

Cat in Helmet: Purr.

Kikoku: Were… Were you scolded… by the teachers…?

Ushio: If anything, they were complimenting him. They said that it was wrong to bring a cat but it was alright since he left the helmet outside when attending class… or something.

Nanaki: So, when are you going to… get that cat out?

Muneuji: That's the problem. Whenever I try to place my hand inside the helmet, the cat gets violent and resists to get out. May I have everyone try to get it out?

Ushio: Ah, I don't wanna touch stray cats since they're unsanitary so I'll pass.

Kiroku: (Kurama, he says that he doesn't want to touch the cat but… he's staring at it so much…)

Akuta: Then I'll go give it a try! Slow~ and steady~…

Cat in Helmet: Meow meow meow! *attacks Akuta*

Akuta: OW OW OW OW OW OW!

Muneuji: What a terrible cat punch…!

Nanaki: It's my turn next… slowly…

Cat in Helmet: Meow meow meow! *attacks Nanaki*

Nanaki: Looks… looks like it's no good.

Muneuji: Then, Kinugawa, would you please do it next?

Kiroku: … Now.

Cat in Helmet: !? Meow…?

Akuta: WHAT!? The cat's already out before I knew it.

Kiroku: I was thinking… that… that if you slowly approach it… it'll… get scared instead…

Muneuji: What a clever… No, you were doing it in consideration, weren't you? I really appreciate it, Kinugawa.

Dear cat... Apologies however, I’ll have to put this on before you take it over again.

Muneuji: This helmet is… A, haa… the most important thing to me after all… Achoo!

Nanaki: …Ah, could it be that the cat's fur inside the helmet is…

Muneuji: Therefore, everyone, I… thank you… Haa… for your cooperation… Achoo!

Ushio: …How about you go clean it once before putting it on?
